TTC in the foothills

Hi All,

I've mostly on the TTGP board but just remembered we have an Oregon board! Looks like most of you are from the Portland area. I am from Sweet Home, so I may not get a whole lot of response to this post, but I thought I'd give it a try. My husband and I have been TTC for 5 cycles now without much luck. I haven't had a checkup in a couple years and when I went to the OB in Sweet Home, and lets just say I wasn't impressed. I need some recommendations on an OBGYN, preferably one that's also a midwife or in a midwife practice in the valley--I'll go as far as, Eugene, Corvallis, Salem to get somebody I'm comfortable with. Does anybody have any recommendations for me?

    Hi & welcome!  Sweet Home...you are out there!  My best friend works at Sacred Heart in Eugene and many of her nurse friends recommended their favorite OB, Dr. Haugen.  She ended up going with this doctor and loved her. 

    Good luck to you & try not to worry - it's completely normal to try for many cycles.
