My pregnancy with DS was awesome - no sickness at all, no cravings, no issues. I am only 6 weeks along with this pregnancy, but so far I'm feeling the same as last time. I know each pregnancy can be different, but I was wondering if anyone had experienced 2 similar pregnancies, and had different sex babies? I guess I keep thinking that this one has to be a boy again, since so far, it's all the same. Just curious!

My pregnancies have all been identical... even down to the heartrate, roughly 130's for each baby (except this one).
I swore up and down that #2 was a boy (my doctors all guessed boy too), but it was a huge surprise when the Doc said girl. I think I was in shock bc my first words were, "I have no girl clothes"... not exactly what I should have said
We are team green again so we have some time to wait and find out.
Yes-I felt great the first time around and great the second time, too....and I have a boy and a girl.
Hope this pregnancy is great for you, too!!
Mine were also very similar. No morning sickness really (a few queesy days, but nothing that bad) and similar food aversions/cravings. Same swelling too. :-p.
I was totally convinced DS was another girl until I saw the ultrasound.

My pregnancies were very similar: bad nausea almost from the day I got my BFPs, heartburn at the end, great hair, and 36 week deliveries.
One DD. One DS.
ETA: Just like another PP said, their heart rates were very similar (~150bpm) for both.
My pregnancies have been totally opposite-- and I'm having a 2nd boy.
With DS#1 I was extremely tired, but not very sick and I craved salty stuff all of the time. This time, I was so sure it was a girl because I wasn't very tired, I was very sick and I've been craving sweets. Nope-- it's another boy!
