All these daycare posts have me thinking. What exactly do I need to send with LO beside the obvious diapers, wipes, and bottles? I am sure each center/provider is different but I would like to get a general idea of things I may need to gather and purchase before he starts next month! Thanks!

In her cubby are extra crib sheets (pack and play sized), a blanket, pacifiers, bibs, three changes of clothes, socks and sunblock. She has diapers, wipes and desitin in the changing table. Her crib has a sheet, a lovey, a blanket and a teether. Good luck!
Maryland State regulation requires that any blankets in infant cribs at daycare centers be thin ( ie no fleece) and of adequate size to be tucked in snuggly around 3 sides sides of the matress. This is to prevent child entrapment with the blankets.
We have found that the aden and anais blankts (available in a 4 pk at Target) are the perfect size, which is 40" x 40" square.
Re: Another daycare ?
Bibs
Change of Clothes
Sunblock (if they go outside at all)
Blanket
Lovey
That's all I can think of for now.
crib sheets (if not provided)
diaper rash cream
pacifiers (if using)
definitely a few changes of clothes
