Oh no...

I just realized I've only BFed DD twice today and we're doing EBF. And it's 4 pm!!! Is this going to hurt my supply? Should I be waking her? She ate at around 10:30 last night then STTN 8 hours until around 7:30 this morning when she woke to feed again. Then she didn't wake to eat again until noon which was her last feeding. Now she's starting to stir again at least. Am I going to be up all night making up for these missed feedings? Before today she was averaging no more than 3 hours between feedings during the day! I'm a little concerned!

Edit: I did pump for about 5 minutes this morning too but just on one side to finish off what DD left after being so engorged this morning. I got 3 oz. in those 5 minutes!

Relax and try not to worry... I don't think one day will effect your supply. She might be going through a growth spurt and catching up on sleep... I bet she'll catch up on the feedings in the next couple days and your supply will match her demands

Thank you for the response. Growth spurt would have never crossed my mind. I thought growth spurt meant being on the boob all the time, not the opposite! She did feed a little more in the evening last night but only a total of 5 times for the day which just seems like so little but it may just be one or two less than normal.
