Job interview in 2 hours! Any suggestions?

I'm interviewing for a local coordinator  position for an au pair service. The job will consist of monitoring existing au pair families in my area and trying to get more.  I was thinking it might be good to go to the interview with some marketing ideas...but I'm kind of stumped. I was thinking of talking about marketing to moms groups, local parenting magazines (not sure on the advertising budget), craigslist of course...but I couldn't think of any other great ideas. Perhaps posters on local bulletin boards in the area? This au pair company is a little different than most (which I like) and offers physical therapists as au pairs too. I wonder if that would be a market in itself to special needs families?

I would think that an AuPair who knew how to handle special needs cases would be very beneficial for many families... especially an AuPair who could continually work with the child on developmental skills as well as physical limitations.
