This is the first ultrasound I've had with this pregnancy and the tech was awesome. She explained about the "angle of the dangle" and of course said she tells people not to paint the nursery yet but she was confident in saying it was more than likely a boy. Baby was also measuring a little ahead at 13 weeks 3 days and moving all around.
I'm really excited to tell my dad and trying to think of cute ways to tell him. Having three DD's it's been his dream to have a little boy and I know he's going to flip out!

Re: NT scan yesterday and found out the sex!
That's so exciting! I'd guess boy too! Congrats!
I have my second NT today (baby didn't cooperate first time) and I'm really hoping we can tell too

Awww, thanks! I am beyond excited. This will be our last so now I think I won't feel like just maybe we should try one more time. I'm almost more excited for my dad though.
I think I'll still hold off on making any big announcement till we have our a/s.
Wow!!! How exciting! I have my scan next week and though I know it's not common I'd LOVE to find out the sex!
Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!

I was told that I was having a boy when I had my first NT scan. Not so much.
This time around, I told the tech not to bother guessing.
Congrats! What a great surprise to find out so early!

Oh wow. Do you remember how far along you were? I hoping that because the baby was measuring 13 weeks 3 days that guess would be slightly more accurate vs. like 11 or 12 weeks. Which I read during that time boys and girls look the same, but boys start to me distinguishable more by 13 weeks.
I would still be happy either way but having one of each would be pretty perfect.
I wouldn't paint yet either! At 13 and 16 weeks my cousin's DR said she was having a boy...well at the 20 week scan she found out she's having a girl!
At this stage you can't tell 100% certain.
