Two is kind of a big deal, you're right. Definitely out of the baby stage. I'm sure you'll all do great!

I would love to come but I work. Bummed. All you really need for a birthday is cake and people, and I suppose not even the cake. All my mom ever did was streamers. She laughs at all the "young people" who feel the need to have themed birthdays.
On another not, we moved to Glendale so we are giving up our Lifetime membership after August. If you are free to meet up there at the pool with the kids in the next month or so, we should definitely do that.
ETA: I feel dumb, I totally missed the part where you said an ice cram party. Love the idea. Was only telling you my mom's aversion to themed parties because you said you hadn't done much planning.

It is off of the 101 and 67th ave. It's just bigger. We could have done 3 kids in our 1300 square foot house, but it was already feeling tight with two. I wanted to move more central but DH was not on board.
