isn't that such a blessing! i was sick for over a week and it took a few days to totally kick in but now i'm feeling so much better.  hopefully it will continue to work.

I usually have to put on the Sea-Bands before I get out of bed or I'm in for it.  So far I've been up for 2.5 hours and I haven't put them on.
