What kind/brand of shoes did you get whenever your LO started walking?

I like Stride Rite. They are good quality and reasonably priced. They have an outlet in Rockvale Square.

For DD1 sketchers and reebok seemed to be the only ones that fit well since she has really narrow feet.  For DD2 stride rite and sketchers.  Both started with sneakers and once they mastered walking we moved onto sandels and the "cute" shoes.

See Kai Run are great for kiddos with wider feet.

We have Robeez, Pedipeds, and Stride Rite and are happy w/ all 3.  The Stride Rites are sneakers and he still has a little trouble walking as comfortably in those b/c they have the thicker rubber sole, but they're otherwise fine.

DD wore stride rite.  She has wide feet and they seem to fit her the best.

Robeez...I used them for both of my sons.  Some of the shoes, I was even able to use for both as hand-me-downs.  I would highly recommend.
