Spots corner question

I have items for sale on spots corner and am a bit confused.  Someone emailed me and asked if I'd take less for an item.  If I decide to do this, how would this even be done?  Would I change the listing price or would she do it when she paid through paypal?  I find Spots Corner to be rather confusing.  I had a hard time figuring out what item they were talking about.  Am I the only one who struggles with it?  Thanks for you help!

I struggle with it too, but am slowly learning.

The email should have the info as to which listing they were looking at. whatever you named the listing I think.

You can log on and go to My HC and Spot's Corner Stocking Page from there to see everything you have listed. At the right there are options to edit, delete, or copy. You could edit the price there if you like. 

If sure there's also a way to do it in paypal, but I haven't done it so I'm no pro.

Thank you!  I think this means that next time I need to give them better names!  I named everything the same since they're all covers.  Maybe I will do that now!

Ive done it one of two ways- Either they pay the full amount and then I credit them the difference through PP (like if they buy more than one and I offer to combine shipping). Or they click BIN and dont follow through with the PP screen. Then send a separate payment directly to my account (email address) in PP for the agreed amount and I just mark it as paid in HC. You never have to edit the price at all.

Just an FYI, if they click BIN but then do not advance through and pay through PP from HC then they cannot leave you any feedback.  You would still be able to leave it for them.

The seller just has to go in and manually mark "paid" and then they will be able to leave feedback.  This just happened to me!
