thanks, ladies! we are both doing well; and i'm healing from the section a lot better/faster than i anticipated.
i'm having a little trouble with BFing, but i'm hoping that changes when my milk comes in...?
OH and ALSO! once we made it up to post-partum, they weighed him, measured his length, head circumference, etc... and they came back and said the OR weight was WRONG. he was actually 8lbs, 3.6oz. GOOD GRIEF. it was off by quite a bit. but they said they checked on 3 different scales in PP... so, oops. haha. what a chunkster
but we're so in love with him... i didn't sleep last night because i just stayed up and held him and watched him. i know, i'm crazy. haha. 
anyway, thanks again for the well wishes!
