Pain after running

I ran last night for the first time since having DD, and have 2U2, if it makes any difference. This morning when I got out of bed I had pain up my middle (like it's splitting me north to south in the nether-regions), similar to what I had throughout my pregnancy with #2. I had been told pain like that was normal during a second pregnancy, particularly if they are close together. It went away immediately when I delivered/by the time I could walk again. But one short run and it's back with a vengeance. Anyone had anything similar??

I only jog/walk but I would say that you need to listen to your body and it sounds like your body does not want you to run!  GL!

these things always happen. keep running for serveral days, you'll be ok.

So I ran again on Tuesday and even though I wasn't back to 100% it didn't get worse, and the pain is now gone. Maybe I just needed to shake things back into place!!
