Naples ladies- babysitter rec??

Hi, ladies!

We will be visiting Naples Aug 29-Sept 5.  My grandmother lives near Vanderbilt Beach and my BIL and SIL are coming the weekend of Labor Day.  We'd love to go out to dinner just the 4 of us either Saturday or Sunday night, but cannot leave my girls with my grandmother- she can't hold them let alone care for them.  We'd probably go out after the girls are asleep for the night so the sitter wouldn't have to worry about putting them to bed.  We'd just need someone there in case one of them were to wake up- my grandmother would also be there, so hopefully the sitter won't mind that. 

This may be a weird request, but we'd really like to get out with BIL and SIL since we do not see them often.  Any suggestions would be wonderful!!  We may even ask them to come earlier in the week in the afternoon during nap time if we feel comfortable with the person.
