Potty training chart?

Does anyone have a website they use to print charts that keep track of when and if their LO pees/poops on the potty? I can make one, but a printable would be faster.

Not a reward chart for LO, a tracking chart for me.

Check our office.microsoft.com. They have award charts there, they might have one you can use.
