I have some free credits at my gym that I can use for personal training....and so I found a prenatal trainer. My first session with him is tomorrow morning. I am just kind of curious what to expect. Is it like normal training, just modified a bit for pg? If so, how do they modify things? Or is the training pretty much all pg focused and pretty different? I am sure it varies from trainer to trainer, but I would love to hear others' experiences!
i am also anxious because, save for a handful of times on an elliptical, I haven't had a serious workout since before our embryo transfer! Eek...
