Prenatal Yoga Classes??

Hi! I am looking for prenatal yoga classes here in Cincy and haven't been able to find any. I want to get some exercise and hopefully meet some other pregnant women (most of my friends are either single or childless!). Any information would be appreciated. Thanks!

There's a class at YouDoYoga on Saturday mornings at 10:30. Downtown location, but I know they're about to have a studio in Anderson Twp opening in August.

Thanks for the info!! Unfortunately I looked at their schedule for the next 4 weeks and it isn't on there. Too bad since I live really close to one of their locations. They are offering fertility yoga but I don't think they would appreciate a pregnant women barging in:)  I'm going to call them tomorrow and see if they are no longer offering it or it is on hiatus.

Also try Shine Yoga and World Peace Yoga. I went to classes at both studios when I was pregnant and liked them both. Shine was a bit more of a workout and was often very crowded on Wednesday evening. World Peace was smaller and maybe a little more spiritual/relaxing. I felt they both helped immensely with laboring.

I loved my Shine Yoga class! One of my favorite parts of the class was just being around other pregnant women and talking about our pregnancies. I miss it! It's Wednesday evening and Saturday at noonish (can't remember).
