Trying to Get Pregnant

My husband is always right. (BFP)

I should've known that this would be the cycle, simply because DH said it would be. I ovulated several days early and we ended up with EOD timing, and DH remarked that this would be the cycle, just because it caught us so off guard and we didn't get to "try" like we had planned.

This morning at 2:00, I woke up needing to pee so badly that I knew I wouldn't be able to get back to sleep. I decided to temp just to get a vague idea of whether or not my temp was still up. It was, so I thought, "What the heck. I'll just use a Dollar Store cheapie." I was positive that I saw a faint line, so I busted out a "early response"-ish blue dye test. (Didn't mean to buy blue dye...it was an accident.) I sat there waiting for the plus sign to show up in the second window, but there was only one line. And then I realized that I had read the instructions wrong, and I was waiting for a line, not a plus. I about fell over. I woke DH up and cried and hugged him. As we were going back to sleep, he whispers, "I told you so." Stick out tongue

What we did different: We had accidental EOD timing. Didn't use Preseed like normal, either.

Symptoms: Lots of AF-like cramping since around 6DPO, spotting at 13DPO, and the sudden appearance of sore nips at 13DPO as well. My boobs have felt odd...not painful, but heavy and weird. I've also been a lot more emotional than normal. I'm a little nervous because of the spotting yesterday, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it's just random spotting and not a sign of anything wrong. EDD according to FF is April 1st, 2012.

You ladies have been a wonderful resource and support through this process. I'll probably be sticking around for a little while, and lurking heavily. Luff y'all!
