A friend of mine thinks her son may have a heat rash. Does heat rash seem to spread or is she seeing something else more like a possible yeast infection?
Heat rash goes away when LO is out of the heat and cooled down. So it doesn't really spread.

This. Plus if it's somewhere moist, like around the neck. You can dab a bit of baby powder with cornstarch on it and it will go away within an hour. Just be sure to put it in your hand and apply with a finger. Do don't sprinkle from
the container, as it can be bad for the lungs when inhaled.
