I asked this on Facebook and got responses from my married guy friends which was no help at all. I am overweight but working on it through Weight Watchers. I've lost about 15 pounds so far and needed some new t-shirts. I tried some on at the store and liked how they fit. Washed them and they shrank a little so now I'm debating whether I need to wait until I'm smaller to wear them. They are a little snug in the chest area. I'm a D or a DD. And sometimes the shirts get those wrinkles between the girls. Is that your line of demarcation or is it somewhere else (able to see bra strap outlines, back fat, etc.) ? I'm a 38 year housewife and I don't want to run around looking like a ho. Thanks!
Re: How do you decide if a t-shirt is too tight? NBR
Personally, I would wait until you've lost some weight before wearing them again. I'm super paranoid about clothes looking too tight on me.
My line of demarkation is if my fat rolls show while I'm wearing the shirt. If they do, it's too tight.
Unable to even.

This. Also, if you are going to feel self-conscious in it, then it is probably too tight.
At least now you have some great inspiration to lose a few more pounds!
hahah! This, totally! Good for you for losing weight, that's a great accomplishment!
