Coupon question

When people post offering coupons, are they talking about the ones that have your name on them? Are they easily transferred without question? I have some Enfamil sent me that expire next week I'll give away if someone can use them.

I've used the "checks" with a name on them twice.  Once they asked me to endorse it, the other time they didn't.  Someone I traded with said they had never been asked to sign them.
