So it finally happened. Two days ago I experienced my first run-in with swollen feet and cankles. Nothing freak-show worthy, but there was some definite puff marshmallow action.
Here's the question...I've been running moderately my entire pregnancy and if the swelling continues can/should I continue to run? Of course I'll ask this at my next OB appt, but I'm just curious what you might think or have done.

I had really swollen feet in my pregnancy. I didn't do any running I have to say so I can't comment on that but I loved 'Lucky Legs', it's a cooling serum and I slapped it on at the end of a long day on my feet and it really helped ease the puffiness:
