My Baby B turned a day before my induction at almost 39 wks (she kept going back and forth between breech and vertex). She was almost fully vertex so they induced me and let me try for a vaginal. A number of factors ultimately had my MFM convert to a c/s in the end (baby B repositioned after they broke A's water and wasn't able to descend further in the birth canal) but I'm glad I had a chance of trying for the delivery I hoped for.
Mine didn't move. The OB I consulted with about doing a vaginal breech delivery (just to see what he'd say. He said not with twins) said he rarely saw twin A flip with twins after 30w.
Mine were in such a weird position I don't think he could move, though, so hopefully yours are more favorable.
If you search my blog for "breech" there are a bunch of breech turning tips on there somewhere
ETA: One of the things that's not on there that I saw too late is don't recline. Sit as upright as possible always. I don't know if I could have done that bc of rib pain, but worth a shot if you can.
You definitely have time for them to flip. My baby A was stubborn and stayed breech the entire time. I think she liked sitting in my hip bone/on my cervix. My baby B switched from breech to transverse to breech and eventually flipped to vertex by the time I had my c-section at 37w2d. As much as I wanted a vaginal delivery, I had resigned myself to the idea of a c-section by about 32 weeks and started trying to mentally prepare myself for it so I was ready for it when the time came. Good luck!

My Baby B flipped between 27-29weeks to the breech position. It wasn't till this past scan (34 weeks) that my OB said the chances of it flipping back were pretty slim. So a lot could change in the next few weeks. Hopefully they'll cooperate for you.

I have no problem having a c-section; in fact I'm kind of hoping I have one. I have a really low lying pubic bone and one of the OBs that I saw at 12 weeks was worried that a vaginal birth would be hard for me. This was before I even found out I was having twins.
Up until delivery my babies were flipping around all over the place. I was having u/s 3x week, and I think in one week Owen (baby A) went from breech, to vertex, to transverse. Miles (baby was always either right or left transverse. They were super active in utero. I did have a c-section which I knew was coming anyway regardless of their positions.

GL! There's still a chance your LO will flip!!

My Baby A was vertex until about 27 weeks, at which point he flipped breech. Baby B was always breech or vertex.
I had a scheduled c-section and it was very easy, both the procedure and the recovery.
thanks for the responses

My dr said they could have turned up until the last few weeks, but baby A went breech at 24 weeks and never turned back so we ended up with a C.
