Nutramigen & diaper rash

Has anyone else encountered this? LO has never had diaper rash and this is pretty bad. Currently using Triple Paste and today tried A&D but neither really make a difference. Anyone had luck with another brand?

    DD had it. It's because of the looser stools and the increased frequency. We had to go to the pedi and get nystatin cream. That cleared it up in about a day or two.

    my doctor said triple paste mixed with antibiotic cream works really good....DS had a bad one that was bleeding and triple paste worked a miracle on it

    The A&D cream works for us after a few applications. But we definitely experience diaper rashes on Nutramigen, he went from pooping every other day (this was 3 months ago) to now pooping 3-4 times a day. We thought it would let up, and it did for a few weeks, but we're back to pooping almost every time we eat now. Lovely!
