GREAT news!!!!

Just got back from our 32 week ultrasound - amniotic fluid looks perfect, cervix is long and closed, baby is head down, and they're estimating her weight at 4lb 5oz!!!

4LB 5OZ, Y'ALL!!!!

 

That's more baby than I've ever had inside me before - and a full 2 weeks before DD1's GA at birth! I'm feeling so relieved, but it does indicate to me that there was an issue with Ellie, and likely something that was going on over the course of several weeks; not just the pPROM/infection/distress. I believe even more firmly now that there was a cause to Ellie's IUGR and she wasn't just small b/c DH and I are small.

That's awesome!  Congrats on the great appt!  I had an u/s last week too, but they didn't give me a weight estimate.  Glad everything is looking great!
