Judging by recent posts, it just seems like everyone is so far ahead of me, I wanted to really get an idea of how far behind I am. From the responses so far, I don't feel so bad!

Seriously no need to worry. Babies really don't need all that much! If you don't get it all done before he/she gets here, you will, and either way they will have what they need which is a mom and dad who love them.

FWIW, you can't truly start an account for the baby until you have a social security number, so don't feel bad if you haven't started saving yet!
