AW: Marvelous Multiples Class Tonight!

I'm excited to meet other MoMs in my area and hopeful that I will get some more tips on taking care of two babies at once (althought I've already learned a TON from all you wonderful ladies!).  I am NOT excited about not getting home until 10pm tonight.  Sleep is a top priority of mine lately   Someone please tell me this will be worth a lost evening of loafing on my couch!

I would have loved to meet other MoM's prior to the babies arriving.  You can always bail out early if it's not exactly what you envision.  Have fun!

We did a MOM class while pregnant and loved it.  We thought it was completely worth it.

I am really glad we took Marvelous Multiples because it helped DH.  A lot of the basic pregnancy information I knew, but I think it helped DH feel like he was preparing and contributing in some way to the pregnancy- you know?  It was informative (the nutrition part was not because I was more than halfway through my pregnancy and was following Dr Luke/my doctors suggestions), and our instructor let us give feedback after the first class on what we wanted to focus on.  Her Mom gave birth to twins, and her brother had twins, so she had some experience. The videos showing the various births (c-section,med free vaginal delivery, med vaginal delivery) were helpful for me.  I was glad I got to learn step by step how a c-section goes, because I ended up having one.

I didn't really "click" with the 2 other MoMs in my class, but that's ok.

Yep DH is going too!  I'm also pretty far along for the nutrition to info to be of any help, but I also read Dr Luke's info on that.  I feel like that book alone covered most of what is outlined in the class but I'm still excited to go + DH obviously did not read the book so this will be good for him
