Crape recipe.. (egg, milk, soy, nut free) PIP

Wanted to share this simple crape recipe. 

CRAPES
2 Ener-g Egg replacers
1 Cup of Flour
1 1/2 Cup of milk (I use Oats)
1 Tbsp Oil

Beat together and make like pancakes but much thinner.  After pouring a little on the pan you have to lift the pan and roll the mixture around the pan so that it becomes super thin. I usually mess up my first crape and after the first one it goes smoothly.

You can either use sunbutter, peanut butter or almond butter - depending on the allergy and then jelly on the other side.  You can also use other fruits and/or apple sauce
