Per this thread, we're hoping to condense a lot of the "gawker" threads into one! We thought this would make them more fun to browse and the board an easier read. We'll start a new thread every day to keep the list fresh.

Anyone is welcome to add to the post--local hospital names, the awful name you over heard at the park, Facebook horrors, and anything else that might give us a good chuckle! Feel free to comment, too.

Copied and pasted straight from facebook. I'm praying that it is just how she decides to spell it on facebook (I see a lot of random spellings from the teen crowd on there) and not how it is really spelled, but you never know.

Actually all the names are from the same girl's FB (not her kids) but they live in the STICKS so I'm not all that surprised when I see these names. Amused really. Haha.

The baby, no. The outfit (which has nothing to with the child), no (to the mocking), yes to posting it. It is already a public picture, on a public page. I shared it because the outfit was something you do not normally see on a "welcome baby" page. I said nothing bad about the child, or the outfit for the matter. I think it is awesome. But whatever, think what you want.

Just because someone has a baby picture on a site (FB is not a public forum) doesn't mean they want it disseminated around the internet. Pretty tacky IMHO.

Oh, good Lord.  Relax.  Her list is of hospital names, so I am assuming they are from birth announcements in her paper or something similar, which are public for all to see.
