Lurker coming out:: Intro-

Good Afternoon ladies-

I have been lurking on this board for a little bit now. When I was in elementary school, I had a friend that was adopted, and ever sense then I was very interested in Adoption. Dh knew this sense pretty much sense we started talking about Marriage/kids/our future when we were dating. We have an 8mo DS, and after some things that have happened recently, we decided that Fostering is for us, and we want to take the next step. (Coincedently, our last name is Foster.... Big Smile )
We have done some brief research and there is a LOT ahead of us. We took the first step today- I submitted my resignation at work so that I can get our house together and focus 100% on this next step. I am so excited to start and I know that H and I have a long road ahead of us.
I just wanted to say hi. I have seen that you ladies are not like some of the other big boards (that is a good thing) so I finally got up the guts to say hi! I look forward to sharing our journey with you all!!
