New Mom Group Survey

Hi Ladies,

My name is Kristen Madison & I own Madison Staffing here in Chicago.  I am looking to see how many moms (and soon to be) would be interested in a new mom group in the city.  The  group is for new moms with children up to 6 months of age.  Hosted by a mom and professional Doula.  Free of course & you could bring your babies.
