Milk schedule.

This maybe a stupid question but here it goes... When do u stoping feeding them a bottle right before bed and just give them milk in a zippy cup at dinner? My LO eats dinner, takes a bath, has story time, and then gets the boob all within an hour to an hour and a half. I was just thinking if we should just give her milk with her dinner and be dine with the boob? Please let me know what you do or think? Should I wait closer to a year? Thanks!

I say we phased it out over the last week or so. She usually eats dinner with us aroun 730 ish and bedtime is 830-9 so I see no reason to add more milk in there. I mean I know she eats until she is full at dinner so she cannot be hungry. It is mre of a comfort think I think.

Are you asking if your baby should have cows milk?  My pedi says absolutely no cows milk until one year.  I am  Nursing my Daughter right before bed which is sometimes within an hour of dinner.  It helps her relax, she knows it is time for bed then.  This is our routine.

We never did this....I nurse LO for the last time around 6, then we do solids afterwards and start our bedtime routine immediately after. He's normally down by 7 without needing to nurse anymore. He wakes up around 5:30 the next morning and nurses immediately though...not sure if you do that too but I bet your DD would be fine.
