Blech. I have a bad back and some bulging discs that cause a lot of pain in my left side. Not all the time, but on occasion. I normally save the Vicodin for at night because I don't like the way it makes me feel, but sometimes I need it to sleep. I was in a lot of pain this morning, so decided to take one when I got to work. I feel freaking awful! The pain is gone, but I am nauseated and feel all kinds of spinny in my head. Is there anyway to speed up getting it out of my system? I'm not sure how long I'll be able to function if I keep feeling this way. Thanks!

Re: Am thinking that the Vicodin wasn't a great idea
Did you take it on an empty stomach? Maybe trying to eat something - like crackers or bread - will help.
BTW - I have the same issue as you with regard to back pain. I find Percocet to be just as helpful with the pain without the side effects. I tried Vicodin and ended up feeling the dizzy and nauseous feeling that you are having
