Do you mean if he has visitation with 2 kids from separate mothers could he have them both at the same time? The answer would be yes. It would be a plus so they could get to know their siblings. I hope that is what you were looking for.

yes thank you so much, exactly what I was looking for. I was just curious because my son has a half sibling with an physically abusive mother and I am very worried about parenting time shared with that sibling because her mother is bi-polar and very unstable. worries me to death and I doubt there is anything I can do which makes me very sad.

Your son would be spending time with his dad and his sister...the sister's mom wouldn't be there. Unless you're concerned that the sister will do something....?

ETA Unless your ex is with the mother of his daughter. Are they still together? I'm just not understanding why you have this concern if they don't live together..

the ex and his sister's mother are off and on. obviously I am not concerned about his sister doing something to him. they are only a year apart.
