Have you taken any childbirth classes? I recommend the Bradley Method - even if you aren't planning all natural. It prepares you mentally, emotionally and physically.
Nutrition is also key: 80-100 grams of protein every day, LOTS AND LOTS of water!!
Walking is important, along with Kegals, squats, pelvic rocks..ect.
Also, surround yourself with POSITIVE birth stories! Whether it be in library books, online or friends that have positive experiences.
