The Spazzo's (in Redmond) Sangria is hands down the best I've ever had.  I can't find the recipe at the moment, but can e-mail it to you.

Here it is.  You can use fresh peaches instead of canned.  Sometimes I also add raspberries.  The important part is to let it steep overnight.

1 can sliced peaches, drained
5 oz. peach schnapps
1 bottle white wine
1 cup peach nectar
2 T sugar

Combine ingredients; stir until sugar dissolves. Allow to steep overnight.

I just created a document with the recipe on the facebook page as well, so now everyone can have sangria whenever they want:).

Found it!  It is seriously the best.  I served it last weekend and all three gallons were gone!

Recipe for the Sangria at Spazzo Italian Grill & Wine Bar

?         1 bottle Chianti

?         ? cup Brandy

?         ? cup Peach Schnapps

?         ? cup Triple Sec

?         ? cup Dubonnet

?         2? cups Orange Juice

?         4 cups Pineapple Juice

?         ? cup Sweet n Sour

?         ? cup Simple Syrup

Method:

Combine all ingredients in an oversized pitcher and cool thoroughly. Pour over ice and enjoy responsibly!
