Luvs diapers?

We had a box of the old style Luvs (with the Blue's Clues characters), and I really liked them. They were similiar to Pampers, which we usually use. It looks like they have changed the style of the new Luvs though. Does anyone know if the new ones with the zoo characters are basically the same as the old Blue's clues ones?

Haven't tried to the Zoo ones. They are only available at Target and I find I do better at B.J.s. They say that they are the same as the monkey ones, just a new picture. I have always used Luvs, when they had Blue, and now with the monkey, and they still work just the same for me.

We have the ones with the monkeys. They work/feel just the same.

We get out Luvs at BJs also with the monkey on them.  I haven't noticed any difference between these and the Blue's Clues ones.

For some reason my daughter cant wear the new style.. she did fine w/ the blue's clues ones but gets a rash w/ the zoo/monkey ones!!

I normally buy Target's Up & Up diapers, but last week my Target was sold out of them so I bought a box of the Luvs purple diapers with the zoo scenes on them and my DD had a terrible allergic reaction to them! I've used Luvs in the past (didn't really like them), but my neither of my kids ever had a reaction to them, so they must be doing something different now.

I've used Luvs since we got out of the hospital, and I've never had a problem with them, either the old design or the new design. I haven't noticed a change in anything other than the looks. The only time I've had any issues was when I had to go from a size 2 to a 3.

Hmmm... I haven't noticed a difference between the Monkey's and Zoo Buddies... But now that someone mentioned rash...we are dealing with more frequent rashes with dirty diapers not pee...maybe there is a connection there...interesting...

Our luvs have a monkey on them and we lvoe them. They have a good fit and we have very few leak problems and it has been a FULL diaper sometimes in the AM.

If it helps to describe the rash.....the reaction my DD had started out with two big red circles on each of her butt cheeks that were patchy looking, like dry skin.  That was a day or two after I bought them.  I didn't really think much of it. After a few days, a bright red, raw-looking rash appeared within each red circle and all over the rest of the area the diaper covered.  I ran back to Target and bought the diapers I normally use and the rash was gone by the next morning and hasn't returned. Like I said, we have used Luvs before here and there, but not these particular ones, so I'm pretty sure they are somehow different.

Our rash is just around the anus/hole and scrotum... So not the same... Maybe they had more acid in their diets that day... I'll have to ask my mom who is my daycare... Thanks for responding!!

Thanks for the feedback! I'll try them, but I guess I may need to watch out for possible rashes!

We have tried the ones with the zoo characters and they were horrendous.  Leaked almost every single time.

I've been using Luvs for a while - my favs were the blues clues, but thats because they were plain and didn't show through the clothes. However, the Moneky ones and the Zoo ones work just as well, and we haven't had a rash problem or a leak problem :: knock on wood ::

However, I will say that the Zoo ones tabs seem to be a bit cheaper, I have 3 different tabs start to rip off the side of the diaper, and I'm not pulling them to thight. But, I like the price and they do as good a job as the more expensive brands.  That being said, they are thinner then Huggies or Pampers (imo) but hold A LOT.

No issue here. The only thing I've noticed is they seem to peel now (the outside of the diaper).
