I guess you have to decide how much you need a TT. For me, I really could use another 2-3 b/c they work so well at night and I only have one. Therefore, I'll probably choose one I think she'll choose.
However, if I had a great stash already I would probably choose the fabric I really liked.

Me three. In looking for fabric, I kept thinking, "What would Gretchen like? What would other people buy?" But then I remembered that the whole point of this is to get YOUR picks into the running. Why would I want first dibs on a diaper that I don't really like?
Anyway, that's my attitude. I can't wait until 1 p.m. I want to see what everyone else has up their sleeves!
I voted for the second one. I don't buy a ton of diapers and would only want to spend money on one that I really like. Plus, you never know what she'll go for:)
But then again, you could use the diaper for a trade...
I have limited $$ to spend on diapers (and since I'm still supposed to be on the wagon I'd be paying with my allowance), so if I'm getting it I'd better love it.
I would only suggest one I loved. However, I love so many fabrics I am sure I would be able to find one that I would both adore in a TT and would appeal to Gretchen/the masses.
I actually have mine picked out, but I'm afraid she already has it on the way since it's by a pretty common/popular designer. :
I'm suggesting one that I like but isn't my first choice because I think it has a better shot at being picked. I would not suggest a fabric that I did not actually want.

This, simply because someone else WILL really like it and you might be able to trade it for one you do love.
Can't post a pic, but I posted the elephant fabric I'm now obsessing over.

Re: WWYD - TT fabric suggestion
I've been grappling with this too.

This exactly.
