4 weeks pregnant and bleeding!

This is my second pregnancy and I have been bleeding for 3 days now...It's not full on period and I don't have any cramps or stomach pain.  Is this normal?  I can't remember for the life of me if I bled like this my first time?!!  Please help!

For some people you may bleed a little. Call your OB tomorrow and they will do a blood test to check your HCG levels.

I actually thought I had my period before I POAS. I had 3 days of light bleeding, and even used tampons. I thought I was having my period, but was confused because it was super light. I kept waiting for the flow to get heavy, and it never did. Over a week later I finally POAS because I was super tired and nauseous. I can only assume it was implantation bleeding as I have not bled since. Maybe you are having something similar? I hope the bleeding stops ASAP for you!

Thanks for the good wishes ladies, I really do appreciate it.  I am 95% sure I had a miscarriage.  I took  a blood test yesterday and the hcg level was 35 which means I am still pregnant but they need me to come in tomorrow for another blood test and I have to wait the WHOLE WEEKEND to get the results on Monday.  I feel in my heart that I am not pregnant anymore but am trying to stay hopefull.
