11-12 weekers- anyone feel the baby move?

I was reading online that you may feel the baby move at this point- especially 2+ mommas since we already know what movement feels like. I haven't felt anything except gas! Hahahaha

I keep thinking I do, it's the fluttering and it's not like gas. I didn't think you could feel movement until much later though.

  • Nope!  Not a thing yet.

  • I didn't feel DD move until about 20 weeks because of where she was positioned. I hope that I feel this baby move sooner than that!

  • I keep getting gassy feelings in the same spot at the same time of day. I'd like to think it's movement, so I just let myself believe it, lol

  • Nothing, at least nothing I've noticed. :) Can't wait till that day though!

BTW -- like a previous post said, my pregnancy books all say we won't feel anything for a few more weeks, but here's to hoping! :)

  • Nope. I didn't feel dd until 22 weeks, so I highly doubt I'll feel this one anytime soon.

  • Not that I know of. It's my first, so I'm not sure what I'm looking for.
  • Ive been feeling the baby move for about a week (maybe a few days more than that). In the morning when I really have to pee, I can feel a little ball hunched up in my lower abdomen, and it kinda feels like a bruise when you press on it-not hard of course! My dh felt the hunching (my lower tummy is basically thin stretched skin lol) I asked my Dr and he said its most likely the baby running out of room because my bladders full and we can hear LO moving around actively on the doppler.

  • No, sorry, love. Too early. I felt my second at 14 weeks which was really early. Now any movement you might feel is either gas moving through the intestines or the intestines themselves shifting and moving out of the way of the growing uterus. Really too early. Sorry :(
  • I think you may be too early yet. Mine wasn't until 15-16 weeks, and it didn't get regular until about the 20 week mark.
