left over cereal?

this is an RP from 0-6, just thought you would all have more knowledge... Just fed DS cereal for the first time, and he didn't finish...can I put in the fridge and reuse tomorrow night?  TIA

I wouldn't.  They say if they eat out of it, bacteria from their mouth can spoil it b/c no preservatives.

Plus, cereal's not that expensive.  Just don't make so much next time.

thanks!  I know it is cheap, and wondered the same thing about the bacteria, but it still kills me to throw away breast milk

It also will thin out if it sits so you'll just end up adding more cereal anyhow.  Better just start fresh.
