At what point do you sit down with the leader to determine what that goal is? After checking that site, I'm still 20+ lbs away, so I guess I have awhile to go.

Congratulations!!!! I need to get my butt in gear. I keep saying--oh, I just had a baby, I can give myself a break. But...umm...my "baby" will be 1 next month!

I hear ya - my baby was 14 months when I started!
