We started off with some my grandma got them at BBB that were cutesy/had their names on them. But, they were too hard to drink from w/ the valves in. We switched to these Playtex ones a few weeks ago, and they are wonderful. Easy for them to hold, good flow, and don't leak at all. Highly recommend!

Lost Baby C at 8w5d
Emergency Cerclage at 22wks saved our babies lives
We introduced both soft & hard spout ones but the boys seemed to do better with the soft spout ones when learning. We're currently using Munchkin-cheap sippys and Nuk first step learning sippys - the boys do good on both. I have the hard-spout Playtex ones to move them into next, along with a few Playtex straw ones.
Good luck!
