I think I'm making up for the fear of nesting I had before...

While I was pregnant, I was way too paranoid to really nest. My mom and dad finally told me I had to paint the nursery and pretty much made me get the room ready. I would have waited until she was starting middle school or something.

But ever since she arrived, I'm on nesting overload.

We turned the eat in nook in our kitchen into a play area (I know, the peeps on HGTV would be horrified). I got a big, foam ABC mat, a comfy chair, etc. It's so nice to have her right there while I get dinner ready. And I can gate it off from the Doodle if I have to (who just loves that. Not.).

I now have my eye on the powder room and laundry room. Pinterest, by the way, is not helping this addiction. Too many cool ideas out there.

Anyone else a nesting fool? And give me your blog/magazine/other ideas. Fair warning. I will pin them.

    Pintrest is magic.

    It's an online pin board, where you can save images and links from the web on various boards and then see what your friends are pinning as well. And steal their ideas.

    Same here. I did some nesting while I was pregnant, but most of it has happened recently.
