Swim Diapers? Kushies, Bummis, other?

Hi all, I'm not normally on this board but I'm trying to figure out what to use for swim diapers. I looked back several pages and didn't see any threads, but please feel free to send me a link if I missed it!

DD and I go swimming almost everyday. I want to get a cloth swim diaper that either snaps or has velcro so if she does poo in it (which is rare) it's not a total mess to take it off.

Does anyone use a Bummis Swimmi diaper? Or Kushies brand? A few of the Amazon reviews claim that the Bummis don't hold in a mess, but it seems rare and I can easily get them at a local store.

The Kushies are super cute, but I'm worried about sizing and I'd have to order it online. DD's very short but she wears disposable diapers sized larger than her weight would imply.

If there's some other holy grail swim diaper out there please recommend it! Since we will be using them all the time I'm willing to spend a little extra for quality. Thanks!

The Bummis one is good, but I had some trouble with the velcro rubbing on her tummy.

We used the kushies swim diapers with Velcro & tie closures and loved them. My dd poops everytime we get in water so I have experience with the diaper keeping the contents in and the kushies were great for us. I am actually selling 3 of them that don't fit anymore for only 20 if u are interested . They are pink 2 used, dingy on the inside from being worn at sandy beach but not poop stained and 1 new not worn by us but opened. Email me at beci24 at sbcglobal . Net and I can send u the pics

We have a bummis and I like it, but I prefer my mother-ease with snaps on both sides. I would recommend one that has snaps/aplix on both sides so that you don't have to slide a poopy swim diaper off your baby. LO has yet to poop in the pool, so I'm not sure how well it is contained in either dipe.
