Just wanted to say there was an interesting article (3-4 pages) in Parents magazine this week.

It said that 15% will be entering K at the age of 6, and that # is expected to continue to go up.

It also stated how much is expected in K now then in years past.

All in all, everything we discussed was hit in the article

Just thought I would let yall know

Totally hijacking this thread to say hi to OU!  Oh my gosh! Look at the twins!!! Hope you are well!!

To stay somewhat on topic - I read that article last week.  Honestly, I never considered red-shirting DS (Feb birthday, cutoff in Tx is Sept 1), but the article makes very good points about how much is expected.  I guess we will look at it when the time comes.
