Miserable due to Backache!!

Morning ladies!

 I am currently suffering from terrible backaches...I know its going to get worse but is anyone experincing or have experience pain only on the right side of your back?? It's been tough for me to get through the day...by the time I get off of work I have to sit on my left side to rest my right side- and the pain goes down to my butt. It's aweful! Any tips or advice? TIA!

I experienced a few days of moderate back pain off and on between weeks 5-9. It could be quite normal and simply related to the pregnancy, but if the pain is severe and lasts for days at a time I would recommend to see a doctor.

I hope it doesnt get worse...I'll wait and see how it goes this week. I have my next Dr. appointment next Monday so I guess I would let her know then. Thanks!

Yep I'm sitting on my left cheek too!  It's a very low backache almost at the top of my right butt cheek and it radiates down my butt to my very upper thigh.  Crazy!  I'm not too worried.  No spotting = Everything is fine.

Sweetest- That's the exact same pain! ugh! it's horrible!

Sounds like it could be sciatica.  I had that last pregnancy at the end of first tri.  It was awful!  I'd be walking along and a shooting pain would radiate down one side of my back to my butt.  It came right soon after though, but there are exercises you can do to help too.  GL!
