Do you ladies know of any good Dr.s in the Houston area?

This is a real broad question -- can you be more specific?  Do you want someone downtown?  Do you live in Pearland, Sugarland, The Woodlands, Spring, Pasadena, inside the loop, outside the loop, etc.?  We have ladies that have had babies everywhere!  Just need to narrow it down for you a little more since Houston is really big.

I have a doctor in Katy but since you are moving you might want someone closer to where you are moving too. When you say 610 do you mean 610 and I-10?

Maybe I missed it, but what kind of doc?  Ob/Gyn, pedi, family practice?

This is my first child so I am clueless to all this ladies. A family doctor could be great

Honestly as long as the doctor is good then I dont mind the drive. Especially since I work near Hwy 290

Dr. Schroeder-Lee at Great Kid's Pediatrics (google Great Kids Pediatrics)

My OB's childrens' pedi is at this practice, so I felt very comfortable that the doctors skilled.

Looks like you probably need an OB... or a family doctor who deals with pregnancy?

I use Dr Sherri Levin, who is based out of Memorial Hermann City hospital, so closer to the 610 loop that Katy, but on the I-10. She has been good for me and kept a close eye on me throughout this pregnancy after my loss last year. Sometimes the waits are a little long but that doesnt bother me too much, although it might bother some! Dr Whitney Franks in the same practice is also monitoring pregnancies too now I think and she has less patients and I have seen her a few times too and she has been nice and less rushed! She doesnt do deliveries though I think so Im guessing Dr Levin would do that still.

There are many OBs which have been recommended on these boards though so maybe some of the girls can recommend theirs!
