This week is Spinach Manicotti, Beef Stir-Fry, and DH is creating a dish.  I need some new dinner ideas for next week's menu.  I'm in a bit of a dinner menu rut.  TIA!

    Chicken piccatta -- surprisingly easy to make and usually a hit with the kids.

    shrimp scampi -- Tyler Florence has a great bare-basics recipe

    grilled chicken/hamburgers/whatever -- the grill is your friend.
