Did you know this about orange soda?

It has as much caffeine (41mg) as Coke?  I was surprised to find that out.  I always thought it was caffeine free.

That's my contribution to the beverage discussions.

ETA:  I am talking about Sunkist Orange soda specifically, but I would guess they're all the same.

I THINK only SOME orange soda does- like...sunkist, but not crush? and not fanta.

but I may be wrong- Im pretty sure though.

Barqs rootbeer, I think is also caffeinated.

crush is caffeine free.

A&W, MUG, and IBC are caffeine free for root beers, I think.  I try to check when I buy since I usually buy whichever root beer is on sale.

I know for sure the MUG and A&W is caffeine free. I can't help with orange soda cause we don't like that one.

of course Barq's is caffeinated- it's the one with "BITE!" everyone knows that bite=caffeine.

when we were kids my dad came home with a Barq's t-shirt for everyone in the family, i guess they were cross promotional shirts from the car dealership he worked for. we were the family with BITE.

It is definitely not all orange soda. Sunkist is the only brand I've seen that has does have caffeine, actually.

I thought Sunkist=Orange Crush and didn't know they were different.  I don't care for it, so I never buy it.  In my mind though, it has always been a kids' soda, so I was surprised to see that some have caffeine.  I never would have thought to look at the label for caffeine in that particular type of soda.

I was an orange soda drinker pre-kids. I actually switched from sunkist to fanta when pg with ds1. It was a major deal for me, they taste different. I've given it up now since I don't want my kids drinking soda.
