Hemorrhoid tip!!!!

Yesterday I started drinking Alo (Aloe Vera water/juicer)? my hemorrhoid has seriously gone WAY down and isn't hurting nearly as bad!

I get it at Mac's convenience store but I'm sure it can be found elsewhere and i health stores? it does have aloe vera pulp in it and is weird at first, but MAN! Does it ever help!

I love Aloe healing properties  

(ETA  -  I'm super tired? just scrolled and saw the advice from a few ladies in my post from yesterday? day before? I don't know :S Thanks you! I got the witch hazel pads for some immediate relief!)

tmi, but aloe juice also makes it a lot easier to poop, so that will be better for the hemms too! i drank it during pregnancy to fight constipation.  it is a VERY strange texture at first though lol
